The morning legal update session will cover new state statutes affecting vehicles, traffic enforcement, DUI enforcement, etc. It will also cover state and federal level court rulings involving blood draws, consent, evidence seizure, etc. The afternoon search warrant session will cover topics that crash investigators encounter in the course of their investigations. Some of the topics will cover when to seek a search warrant, telephonic/electronic search warrants. Specific need search warrants, and serving and return of search warrants ​
